Bentgrass greens tend to be true and can run a bit quick, so pay attention to pace and subtle breaks when putting.

Expect variable winds on exposed ridges and factor wind direction and strength into club choices, especially in spring and autumn, and be aware of heavy rain or typhoons in late summer.
