Kyowa Golf Club, operated by Accordia Golf, is located about a 30-minute drive from Kasatori IC on the Keiji Bypass in Kyoto Prefecture. The course features wide, flat fairways that allow golfers to swing freely with their drivers. With minimal elevation changes, it is especially suitable for women and senior players. The club uses bentgrass greens and has a par 72 layout over 18 holes. Soft spikes are required on the course. Fairways are wide and relatively flat so you can be aggressive with the driver, but prioritize keeping tee shots in play to avoid penalty areas and rough.

Minimal elevation change means yardages play true—trust your distances and choose clubs accordingly rather than compensating for slope.

Bentgrass greens can be quick and smooth in spring and autumn, so focus on speed control for approaches and lag putts.

Open stretches can be influenced by crosswinds, so monitor wind direction and plan tee shots and long irons to account for drift.

Soft spikes are required on the course, so bring appropriate shoes to maintain traction through wet or dewy mornings.

Kansai weather: a rainy season in June, hot and humid summers with occasional thunderstorms and typhoon risk in late summer, generally pleasant and stable conditions in spring and autumn, and cool, mostly dry winters with occasional frost.

Spring (April–May) and autumn (late September–November) are best for comfortable temperatures and firmer, faster greens, while the rainy season (June) and peak summer heat or typhoon-prone late summer are less ideal.

During play, please refrain from wearing clothes that are not sold as golf (sports) wear, such as T-shirts and jeans. Please wear soft spikes or spike-less golf shoes during play. For safety and heatstroke prevention, wearing a hat is recommended during play.
