Accurate tee shots and position play are more valuable than raw distance because many holes feature doglegs and narrow landing corridors.

On holes with valley crossings, plan your club selection carefully—lay up to a safe position when the carry is long rather than forcing a risky carry.

Account for elevation changes by adding or subtracting club on uphill and downhill approaches, as the mountainous routing can noticeably change yardages.

Bent greens are well maintained but can be subtly contoured, so take time to read putts and favour the safe line when unsure.

Wind can be shifty on exposed ridges and higher tees, so check wind direction at the tee and adjust trajectory and club choice accordingly.
