Prioritize accuracy off the tee rather than sheer distance because the three nine-hole layouts are tree-lined and reward well-placed drives.

Bentgrass greens are kept in tournament condition and can be firm and quick, so test green speed early and be cautious with long putts.

Yardage markers indicate distance to the green edge, so confirm club selection for approach shots to avoid coming up short or running through the green.

Many holes are sheltered by forest so wind is often muted, but exposed tees or higher holes can be affected—check wind direction from elevated spots before committing.

Soft spikes are required and the course maintenance is good, so expect consistent turf but be careful of tighter landing areas and trouble around tree lines.

The Kobe area has a humid subtropical climate with hot, humid summers and a rainy season in June, generally mild winters with little snow, and occasional typhoons or strong winds in late summer to early autumn.
