Take advantage of the Fuji Course's wide, flat fairways to be aggressive off the tee and shorten approach distances when conditions allow.

On the Hakone Course prioritize placement and short-game accuracy over raw distance, as its strategic design rewards well-placed shots rather than power alone.

Bentgrass greens are generally receptive but can have subtle undulations, so spend time reading breaks and be mindful of hole locations.

Wind from Suruga Bay can change direction and strength during the round, especially in the afternoon, so check local conditions and adjust club selection accordingly.

Kannami has a mild maritime climate with hot, humid summers and cool, relatively clear winters; sea breezes from Suruga Bay frequently pick up in the afternoon and late summer can bring typhoon-related rain and wind.

Spring (late March–May) and autumn (especially October–November) offer the most comfortable temperatures, clearer visibility of Mount Fuji, and generally stable conditions compared with hot, humid summers and typhoon-prone late summer.
