Fairways are generally wide and the terrain relatively flat, so keeping the ball in play with a conservative tee shot often leads to straightforward approach shots.

At about 6,416 yards the course is of moderate length, so accurate club selection into the greens matters more than trying to overpower holes.

A couple of signature holes cross valleys—choose the right club and commitment on the tee to avoid short-siding yourself on the approach.

Two types of greens (Bentgrass and Zoysia) mean you should expect faster, truer surfaces on Bentgrass and slower, grain-influenced reads on Zoysia, so check the green type and adjust putt speed accordingly.

Wind can pick up in the afternoons on exposed holes, and in summer the course provides cooling-mist carts—plan hydration and wind clubbing especially later in the day.

Entry may be refused if you come dressed in casual wear such as jeans, T-shirts, sneakers, or sandals. ▽Shirts must be tucked into your trousers. ▽During play, you must wear sportswear with a collar. ▽For safety reasons, wearing a hat during play is mandatory.
