Flat, tree-lined fairways reward accurate tee shots more than raw distance, so prioritize placement off the tee.

Bentgrass and zoysia (or koma) greens play differently—expect faster, truer rolls on bentgrass and slower, grain-influenced breaks on zoysia/koma.

Because the course is set in woodland, wind is often light so club selection should focus on slope and green firmness rather than wind compensation.

Many holes are guarded by trees, so play conservatively from the tee and lay up when driver brings risk into play.

Overall flatness makes subtle green reads important—pay attention to pin position and surface changes where the grass type shifts.
