The hilly, strategic 27‑hole layout rewards accurate tee shots so favour position over pure distance to open better approach angles.

Many holes feature elevation changes—adjust club selection for uphill and downhill shots and trust yardage adjustments more than feel on slopes.

Bentgrass greens tend to be firm and can be multi‑tiered, so use a delicate touch and focus on your reads to avoid three‑putts.

Sections of the course incorporate rivers and natural valleys, so be cautious of water and uneven lies when attacking pins near those features.

Exposed ridges can cause gusty winds—check wind direction before teeing off and play more conservatively when winds increase.
