At 6,863 yards and par 72 the course plays long, so distance and course management off the tee are rewarded and conservative play on long par‑4s can save strokes.

The overall layout is relatively flat but many holes are lined with mature trees, so prioritize accuracy to avoid blocked or awkward approach shots.

Bentgrass greens are usually smooth and can run quick in warmer months, so practice speed control on long putts and be mindful of subtle breaks.

Wide fairways on many holes allow aggressive use of fairway woods or long irons, but beware of tree‑lined doglegs and well‑placed bunkers around landing areas.

Soft spikes are required, so bring proper footwear, and expect morning dew which can make greens and tees slower early in the day.

Located in inland Hyogo within the Kansai region, expect a humid subtropical climate with hot, humid summers, a rainy season in June, occasional typhoons late summer to early autumn, and mild winters with little snow; winds are generally moderate compared with coastal courses.

Spring (April–May) and autumn (September–November) offer the most comfortable temperatures and stable conditions, while summer can be hot and typhoon-prone.
