Account for variable wind near the Kiso River and on elevated holes by checking the flag and playing an extra club when it’s gusty.

Expect undulating fairways and subtle elevation changes—favor controlled iron shots into well-placed landing areas rather than going for tucked pins every time.

Wear soft spikes as recommended and arrive early in spring to enjoy firmer, faster conditions on Bentgrass greens and slower grain-influenced rolls on Zoysia.
