Take advantage of the wide fairways on the front nine—you can be aggressive off the tee with the driver to set up shorter approaches.

Expect the back nine to demand more precision—favor controlled long irons or hybrids over risky driver shots to avoid trouble and set up accurate approaches.

The course sits on high ground so wind can be variable and gusty; always check prevailing wind direction before selecting clubs for tee and approach shots.

Greens are bentgrass and generally receptive, so focus on distance control and read subtle breaks rather than relying on brute force with putts and chips.

Late spring (April–May) and especially autumn (September–November) are the best times to play for mild temperatures, stable weather, and clear views; avoid the June rainy season and the hot, humid midsummer.
