Wide American-style fairways reward conservative tee shots but many holes feature water hazards so prioritize accuracy over maximum distance.

Bentgrass greens are maintained fast so take one more club on long approach shots and allow extra pace on downhill putts.

The hilly routing causes elevation-induced distance changes, so rely on the GPS cart yardages and adjust club selection accordingly.

Wind can be variable from elevated tees, especially in cooler months, so account for crosswinds and headwinds on mid- to long-iron approach shots.
