Wide, flat fairways reward controlled tee shots so you can be aggressive off the tee but avoid fairway bunkers and leave yourself a comfortable angle into greens.

Subtle undulations on fairways and around approaches can create uneven lies, so favor conservative club selection and aim for the center of the landing areas.

Bentgrass greens are generally receptive but can play firm and quick on dry days, so focus on pace and read subtle breaks carefully.

The course’s coastal location means sea breezes can shift during a round and change club selection, particularly on exposed holes—check wind direction before each shot.

Soft spikes are required; bring appropriate footwear and expect open, exposed holes where shot trajectory and control matter more than raw distance.
