The West Course has wider fairways and a flowing layout, so prioritize distance and fairway positioning to set up shorter, simpler approach shots.

The East Course is more strategic with tighter landing areas and hazards, so favor accuracy off the tee and consider laying up rather than attacking risky pins.

Greens include both faster bentgrass and slower zoysia/koma greens, so confirm green type and speed at each hole and adjust approach and putting pace accordingly.

Wind from the Kanto plain or nearby Tokyo Bay can pick up on exposed holes, so account for wind in club selection and carry calculations.

Because the club has tournament history, several holes reward precise iron play and positional strategy, so focus on hitting the correct side of the green rather than always aiming directly at the flag.

Spring (April–May) and autumn (October–November) offer the most comfortable temperatures, clearer skies, and excellent course conditions, while the rainy season (June–July), summer heat, and late-summer typhoon risk are best avoided.
